Haystack Spotlight

Ashley Nicole Wheeler, the 11 year old Daughter of J.R. & Melanie Wheeler, has been performing since the age of 6. Ashley was crowned the 2004 World's Our Little Miss Pre-Teen in Orlando, Florida. She was the 2002 talent competition winner for the 16 and under age division; and was also named one of the top five female vocalist of the year at the Oklahoma Opry, where she appears regularly. She has attended the American Kids National Finals in Branson, Missouri, where she has recieved Gold medals for her performances in country and pop categories. Ashley has appeared with several of the finest artists from Branson, including the Plummer Family, Dean Church, and Mike McAdoo. She recently earned the "Hall of Fame" Award in Wichita Falls, Texas from the Treble Makers Voice and Dance Studio. Ashley is currently under the direction of Ernie Hay (HAYSTACK PRODUCTIONS), Danny Parkerson (Voice teacher and talent manager), and the 2003 Miss Stroud, Holly Anderson (voice teacher).
